Holland, OH --- Tronair Inc., and Arvico Corporation announced today that Tronair has reached a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of Arvico Corporation.

The wholly owned subsidiary of Tronair will engineer, manufacture and distribute 28.5Volt DC diesel ground power units, 400 Hertz diesel ground power units and air start units to the major airlines, regional airlines, government and military organizations around the world.
