Holland, OH --- Tronair Inc., and Arvico Corporation announced today that Tronair has reached a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of Arvico Corporation.
The wholly owned subsidiary of Tronair will engineer, manufacture and distribute 28.5Volt DC diesel ground power units, 400 Hertz diesel ground power units and air start units to the major airlines, regional airlines, government and military organizations around the world.
Jerry Wethington, Chairman of the Board, Tronair, “The main attraction to Arvico was their superior products and reputation. They will complement Tronair’s product line and reputation as the world leader in ground support equipment. The “Arvico A Tronair Company” products will be new, fresh and exciting and backed up by Tronair’s superior engineering. This will allow Tronair to expand into new areas of ground support both domestically and internationally. Because Tronair’s focus is on customers and products the acquisition is a natural fit for the two companies.”
Tronair, Inc., a River Capital company, is one of the largest ground support equipment manufactures. Tronair has a diverse product line to serve both domestic and international customers.
