Inertia Switch has an exciting new product line, Limit Switch which is featured on the new stealth Comanche helicopter manufactured by Boeing Sikorsky. There are 35 different limit switches on the Comanche.

Holland, OH --- Tronair Inc., and Arvico Corporation announced today that Tronair has reached a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of Arvico Corporation.



The wholly owned subsidiary of Tronair will engineer, manufacture and distribute 28.5Volt DC diesel ground power units, 400 Hertz diesel ground power units and air start units to the major airlines, regional airlines, government and military organizations around the world.

Because Tronair’s focus is on customers and products the acquisition is a natural fit for the two companies.”



Tronair, Inc., a River Capital company, is one of the largest ground support equipment manufactures. Tronair has a diverse product line to serve both domestic and international customers.



River Capital is an Atlanta-based private investment firm that provides capital for management buyouts, recapitalizations and the growth capital needs of well-established middle market companies.
